"I've been living gluten and dairy free for well over a decade. The one thing I missed was good cake - most shop-bought 'free from' products are loaded with with chemical additives, bad fats and cheap sugars. I wanted real cake; delicious cake; made from real - natural - ingredients. It took several years to perfect my recipe. Friends and family would comment: 'Ooh these are great - why don't you make them to sell?' and eventually it dawned on me: Well yes, indeed: why don't I?! I now make and sell a range of cupcakes and larger cakes, also savoury pastry tarts - including some that are vegan as well as gluten and dairy free. When I'm not baking I'm tending my allotment and garden, writing, drawing and painting, or giving reflexology treatment - I am a natural multi-tasker, with many a string to my bow! "
